What Certifications do Rescuers have?
All Roadlee Rescuers go through a 7-point certification process, more information can be found here.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The pricing you see online for each service is exactly what you pay.
Do I pay through the app?
Yes, you have the option to pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
How do I know how long it will take for my rescuer to reach me?
We will always keep you in the loop by providing real time tracking of where your rescuer is.
Do I need to be a licensed mechanic to be a rescuer?
No! To be onboarded you are required to show a mechanics license, tow license or complete the required training course.
Can I pre-book preventative service through the app?
Currently services are booked on demand as required.
Do you work on all types of vehicles?
Yes, by entering your vehicle information during signup, we ensure the right Rescuer shows up equipped to help you.
Do you service electric vehicles?
We sure do! However, we currently aren’t providing mobile charging.
What is your service area?
We have just launched in Waterloo region; we will be looking to expand. Continue to check back for future updates.
How long will it take for someone to arrive?
Wait times will vary based on demand, it is our mission to have someone arrive as quickly as possible, usually within 15-30 minutes.
